7-Day Free Doorstep Returns & Exchanges Across UAE

At BLOOSTORE UAE, we stand behind the quality of every product synced from our Shopify catalog. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of package delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all protective films, tags, and accessories intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order reference number #UAE-XXXXX) must be provided.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately at support@bloostore.ae with photo/video evidence. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days following product inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via store credit or bank transfer.
